How do you know when you’re ready to sell? [Video]

Tech mergers and acquisitions help drive innovation within the industry. But as a startup founder, how do you know when your business is ready to sell?

First, the offer may appear. A good sign that your company is ready is when buyers demonstrate interest. Another way to determine readiness is to compare your accomplishments against your mission statement. Is there still more to be done? Have you hit a wall with your current resources? These questions can guide you in the right direction.
