Andrew D. Sickinger
Andrew D. Sickinger is a Senior Vice President at MergerTech, responsible for advising technology clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. With over a decade of investment banking experience, Andrew specializes in M&A and capital raising for technology businesses, with deep expertise in vertical SaaS, digital transformation, and tech-enabled services.
Before joining MergerTech, Andrew began his banking career at Moelis & Company and went on to serve as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the M&A Department, focusing on sell-side transactions for privately owned businesses. Most recently, he has dedicated his efforts exclusively to advising middle-market technology companies. Over the course of his career, Andrew has advised on more than 30 transactions across large-cap and mid-cap markets, with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $25 billion.
Prior to earning his MBA, Andrew spent over six years at Fidelity Investments, gaining valuable experience in the financial services sector.
Andrew holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BBA from Ohio University. Outside of work, he spends his free time with his school-aged daughter, exploring NYC’s parks, playgrounds, and museums.
