Technology acquisition will push Tribridge into HCM market

Technology services firm Tribridge announced in a press release that it will acquire Intelladon, which is a talent management solutions consultant and integrator. Tribridge specializes in business applications and cloud solutions, and hopes this opportunity will strengthen its place in the Human Capital Management (HCM) market.
According to the press release, Intelladon's innovative solutions and relationships with talent acquisition software providers will help Tribridge offer complete options to its customers.
Tribridge chairman and CEO Tony DiBenedetto said in the press release that Intelladon and Tribridge have complementary cultures, high-growth strategies and both want to offer their customers innovative service solutions.
"The demand for technologies and systems that help companies better manage, train and empower the workforce is rapidly increasing, and Intelladon's deep expertise and leadership in the talent management industry will enable us to offer our nearly 4,000 customers the best solutions on the market," he said.
Intelladon CEO Marc Blumenthal agreed, adding that the technology acquisition is a "win-win for both teams." Specifically, Blumenthal explained that Tribridge's cloud offerings will help his company, while Intelladon's capital and operational resources will assist Tribridge. Customers of both organizations will not have any service interruptions, he explained, as it is expected to be a smooth transition.
One of Intelladon's software options, Cornerstone OnDemand, is expected to be a huge asset to Tribridge. It is cloud-based talent management software, and recent research shows that such service options are growing in popularity.
The press release cited information from a Bersin by Deloitte study, which found that 61 percent of human resource professionals plan to upgrade their HR software within the next 18 months.
