Project Leadership Associates (PLA), a leading national provider of business and technology consulting services, announced it has acquired Vital Networks, a provider of managed services and outsourced IT solutions with offices in Sacramento, San Francisco, Boston and Seattle. The acquisition, terms of which were not disclosed, will build upon PLA’s current solution offerings and allow Vital Networks to extend the reach of solutions and services it can offer its customers.
